National Holiday Notice

Dear customer,

Please be aware that from October 1st to October 4th, due to China’s National Holiday:

  • No order fulfillment will take place.

  • Customer service will be unavailable during this time.

⚠️ What this means for your orders:

  • To avoid delays, we strongly recommend placing your orders well in advance, not right before the holiday.

  • Orders submitted on the very last day before Oct 1 may not be processed in time and could face additional delays due to the high order volume after the holiday.

Regarding customer service:

  • Our team will return on October 5th (China time). Because of the large number of pending messages, it may take time to respond to everyone. Please be patient—we will get back to you as soon as possible.

  • If you have urgent questions or special requests, please reach out to us as early as possible before September 30th. Last-minute requests may not be feasible, as some matters require preparation and can’t be handled instantly.
