Chinese New Year is the largest annual holiday in China. During this time, markets close, factories pause production, logistics slow down or stop, and backlogs form quickly. This is a normal and expected situation that occurs every year.
The dates listed above matter because supply, sourcing, and fulfillment are affected in stages. After January 30, certain supplies, especially silicone focal beads, begin to pause at the source. After February 6, even though we are still working and providing customer service until February 13, some Yiwu-sourced items may no longer be available simply because the market is closed.
Between February 13 and February 24, our company will be on holiday, and order processing, procurement, and fulfillment will pause. After the holiday, operations resume gradually. Factories, logistics providers, and customs need time to clear accumulated backlogs, so delays may continue for a period even after work officially resumes.
