Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Worldwide Shipping Rates and Estimates 

Unless it is specified otherwise below, we offer the following shipping options worldwide:

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery within 7–14 days.

  • Expedited Shipping: Delivery within 7 days.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Australia Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping to Australia is for free. The most orders would be delivered within an estimated 10 days. The remote areas may take around 30 days. You can get in touch with our customer service and pay $35USD to expedite the shipping process if you are in a remote part of Australia.

UK Shipping Rates and Estimates

  • Orders $20.00 and above: FREE shipping
  • Orders under $20.00: $3.00 flat rate shipping

All orders are estimated to be delivered within 5 to 8 days after the order is shipped out.



Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Beadable Bliss is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Beadable Bliss is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

The orders are often fulfilled within three business days after we receive them. If an item is out of stock, you would receive a message from us, mainly by email and WhatsApp. If this happens, your prompt reply is important to expedite the process as much as possible.
