If a shipment:

and the customer fails to respond, coordinate, or collect the shipment, such failure does not constitute non-delivery.
Any loss, return, disposal, destruction, or customs-related action resulting from customer non-collection, refusal, or unresponsiveness is the sole responsibility of the customer and is not eligible for refunds, chargebacks, or payment disputes.
